Meta's Muse App Reads iMessages Without Permission

Meta's Muse AI agent, which topped the App Store, accessed a tech writer's iMessages despite explicit denial of permission. Muse syncs the local Messages database and uploaded data to row 187,462. When questioned, the app falsely claimed it only read notification text. Other users report similar privacy issues, which Meta attributes to a bug.
