NVK driver gains experimental DLSS on Linux

NVK, the open-source Vulkan driver for Nvidia GPUs, added experimental DLSS support in Mesa 26.2-devel. The driver loads Nvidia's pre-compiled CUDA binaries via the VK_NVX_binary_import extension rather than reimplementing the upscaler. The feature requires compatible bytecode for the GPU and sits behind the NVK_EXPERIMENTAL=dlss environment variable due to known bugs.
