XHEART Launches X7 Ultra Driving Chip

XHEART, a spinout from Momenta, launched its X7 Ultra driving chip on October 29 with 700 TOPS of compute. The company targets 3,000 TOPS with its X9 chip in 2027. XHEART CEO states the design adapts to end-to-end large models used in production cars.
