French banking giant Crédit Agricole launches EURXT euro stablecoin

Crédit Agricole launched EURXT, a euro-pegged stablecoin on Ethereum, through its CACEIS arm. The token targets institutional investors and tokenized fund access. 20.02 million tokens are in circulation, backed by euro reserves. The launch complies with the EU's MiCA crypto regulations.
