Pixel Flip to Shhh gesture fails for some users

Pixel's Flip to Shhh gesture has stopped working for some users, becoming impossible to enable or disappearing from Settings. Updating the Digital Wellbeing app fixes the issue for some, though Google hasn't confirmed the connection and the fix isn't universal.
