A GTX 1070 averaged 219 fps in Counter-Strike 2 at 1080p and 105 fps in Escape from Tarkov. Battlefield 6 ran at 72 fps on 1080p Low. The card costs under $100 on eBay. Performance depends heavily on a strong CPU like the Ryzen 7 7800X3D used in testing.
