Extralite 3.1.0 Adds Automatic Query Caching

Extralite, a SQLite wrapper for Ruby, released version 3.1.0 with automatic caching of parametric queries and an update to SQLite 3.53.4. The caching reuses sqlite3_stmt objects across repeated calls, cutting allocations and parsing overhead. The author also proposes removing the Extralite::Query class, asking users for feedback.
