Google Wallet Adds Travel QR Payments
2 min read
Google Wallet is preparing a new Traveler QR option for international travel, specifically supporting Alipay Plus partner networks in Singapore. The feature appears in app version 26.42.1003171897 and activates automatically when users detect they are in covered regions. While Singapore is currently the only named destination, the system may eventually expand to Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
