SpaceX Agrees to Buy 800 MHz Spectrum

SpaceX announced on Thursday it agreed to acquire Grain Management's nationwide 800 MHz low-band spectrum portfolio for an estimated $8 billion. The deal grants up to 14 megahertz of paired airwaves to improve signal propagation for Starlink Mobile. This acquisition remains subject to Federal Communications Commission approval, which has not yet set a timeline for a decision.
