ED Searches Crypto Firms Over FEMA Violations

On October 29, 2026, the Enforcement Directorate searched four premises in Bengaluru and Madhya Pradesh regarding unauthorised cross-border cryptocurrency transactions. The probe involves RPFAS Technologies, operating Mudrex and Saber.money, and Instadapp, now known as Fluid. Preliminary findings reveal contraventions amounting to more than Rs. 4600 Crore for the first entity and USD 40 million for the second.
