NerdLens is an open-source VR desktop experiment that streams a computer screen into a Google Cardboard headset using an iPhone. The system captures the desktop, compresses frames into JPEG, sends them over USB via iproxy, and renders them in a stereoscopic view. It targets 10-60 FPS and requires iOS 13 or newer.
