Banks and regulators joined a pilot testing quantum-resistant wallets and onchain transfers. The Responsible Fintech Institute and Safeheron use ML-DSA-65 on a NEAR testnet. Participants include Abu Dhabi Global Market, Bhutan's Gelephu Financial Services Office, Malta's Financial Services Authority, Bison Bank, and DK Bank.
