Bybit launched IPO Express to offer tokenized SpaceX IPO shares to retail investors at underwritten prices, bypassing Wall Street pre-IPO clubs. The offering runs June 7 to 11 with trading starting June 12. SpaceX targets a $75 billion raise at a $1.75 trillion valuation. Bybit is the second crypto exchange after Kraken to offer tokenized IPOs.
