Sweden's H100 Group tripled its Bitcoin holdings to 3,506 BTC after acquiring Norwegian firms Moonshot and Never Say Die for 2,455 BTC. The all-stock deal, priced at 1.86 kronor per share, diluted existing shareholders by 70% and made H100 Europe's second-largest Bitcoin treasury.
