Samsung Unveils Fastest UFS 5.0 for On-Device AI

Samsung developed the industry's fastest UFS 5.0 solution, achieving a data transfer speed of 10.8GB/s. The new storage delivers sequential read speeds up to 10.8GB/s and write speeds up to 9.5GB/s, more than double the previous UFS 4.1 standard. This enables reduced latency for running large language models on mobile devices.
