Iranian group Nimbus Manticore uses fake coding challenges to deliver NodeRabbit and PollCat, cross-platform RATs targeting Windows, Linux, and macOS. Kaspersky discovered the malware, distributed via LinkedIn recruitment lures and trojanized npm packages, with samples found in Afghanistan, Egypt, and Ethiopia.
