A homelab user replaced Tailscale and Cloudflare Tunnel with self-hosted Pangolin and NetBird on a Hetzner VPS. Services split into private (AdGuard Home, Portainer) and public (Jellyfin, Immich) categories. Nothing broke after moving services off public exposure.
