Deadlock Update Hits 228,000 Concurrent Players

Valve released the City Never Sleeps update for Deadlock, its unreleased MOBA, overhauling the map and adding six heroes. The game hit 228,086 concurrent players on Steam yesterday, a record, despite remaining invite-only with no release date. The update also doubled character voice lines and reworked the New York-inspired map into themed lanes and districts.
