Tech stocks plunged Thursday as the Nasdaq Composite fell 5.5%, its worst daily showing since April 2025, and is down roughly 10% from its high a month ago. The Nasdaq 100 dropped 14% since its Oct. 7 peak, while the SOX semiconductor index plummeted 12.3%.
