CFTC, SEC Pledge Crypto Rules After Bill Fails

CFTC Chair Mike Selig and SEC Chair Paul Atkins pledged to use existing authority to regulate crypto after the Senate failed to advance the Clarity Act. The bill fell one vote short of the 60 needed to clear a procedural hurdle.
