Blue Origin blames New Glenn fireball on engine oxygen valve

Blue Origin traced May's New Glenn pad explosion to the main oxygen valve on one BE-4 engine. CEO Dave Limp said small valve modifications are underway, with updated hardware ready by month's end. The pad at Cape Canaveral is being rebuilt for a planned 2026 launch.
