Hundreds of shared Claude chats exposed via Google search

Hundreds of shared Claude conversations, including medical records and children's phone numbers, appeared in Google search results. Anthropic stated the system worked as intended, placing responsibility on users who shared the links. The company did not use a noindex tag to block search engines.
