Boox Picco Tiny E-Reader Preorders Open

Boox opened preorders on Sept. 28 for the Picco, a 3.97-inch e-reader priced at $109.99. It is part of the new Tile collection and runs a native library instead of Android, so there is no Google Play Store. Boox says it ships in October, though a representative said by November.
