NetNut proxy network disrupted, 2 million infected devices cut off

A joint operation led by Google disrupted the NetNut residential proxy network, cutting off access from at least two million compromised global devices. The FBI and partners took down domains like netnut.com used for attacks including password-spraying campaigns that relied on smart TVs and streaming boxes as exit nodes.
