Flock Cameras Flagged Innocent Drivers

Flock Safety's AI cameras flagged a journalist's loaner Range Rover as stolen due to a partial plate match in the NCIC database. A second journalist driving a similar JLR loaner was also pulled over. Flock's Chief Communications Officer said the system worked "correctly" by matching the characters it was given.
