Saudi Arabia's Ceer Motors, majority-owned by the Public Investment Fund, revealed two premium electric models on September 21, with deliveries promised for March 2027. The PIF also holds about 58% of Lucid, whose Saudi sales fell 57% in the first seven months of 2026. Ceer's factory can build 240,000 vehicles a year, far more than the domestic market can absorb.
