AI nose sniffs disease from breath samples

Ainos and National Taiwan University will research whether Ainos's Smell AI platform can diagnose patients by analyzing volatile organic compounds in exhaled breath. The year-long study starting in July focuses on patients with shortness of breath. The platform uses an AI Nose module with MEMS sensors and a Smell Language Model to interpret scent patterns.
