Mistral raised €3bn in a Series D at a €21bn post-money valuation, the largest equity round by a European tech firm. Samsung Electronics led, with PSG Equity and the Scaleup Europe Fund as co-leads. The Paris company supports over 125 enterprises across 20 countries.
