Linear preview: New sidebar & team icons

Linear released a preview of a redesigned sidebar with condensed views and new team icons. Team sections show fewer links, with hover sub-menus for Issues and Cycles. Team icons have assignable colors and keyword-matched defaults. The Split View for Triage preview is now enabled for all users.
