UK FCA proposes 10% crypto ETN limit for funds

The UK Financial Conduct Authority proposed allowing UCITS and NURS retail investment funds to hold up to 10% of assets in cryptocurrency exchange-traded notes. The proposal appears in the FCA's latest quarterly consultation paper. The regulator first allowed retail access to crypto ETNs in October 2025.
