Dutch startup Elysian Aircraft plans to launch its E9X electric airliner by 2034. The aircraft will carry up to 100 passengers for 1,000 kilometers, potentially eliminating 20% of total in-flight emissions. Elysian has completed its second conceptual design review and flown a scaled demonstrator with Germany's DLR aerospace research center.
