Free Pascal Compiler Adds Dynamic Packages

The Free Pascal Compiler and Lazarus IDE now support dynamic packages, allowing users to install components without rebuilding the entire IDE. This release includes new RTL units for metadata and IDE enhancements like a progress window that appears when rebuilding packages or adding them if the operation takes more than five seconds. The changes are available for download now.
