Apple discontinued the Mac Pro in March 2026, ending the workstation line 20 years after its debut. The first Mac Pro launched with dual-core Intel Xeon processors and doubled Power Mac G5 performance. The Mac Studio effectively replaced it, with no future Mac Pro hardware planned.
