Nationwide randomized study of AI in virtual care launched

OpenAI and Included Health are launching a nationwide randomized study of conversational AI in real-world virtual care. The prospective consented study, pending IRB approval, will assess AI performance in clinical settings at scale. The research builds on earlier studies published in Nature.
