SpaceX and Reflection AI sign $6.3B compute deal

SpaceX signed a multiyear AI compute agreement with Reflection AI worth up to $6.3 billion. Reflection will pay $150 million per month starting July 1, 2026 through 2029 for immediate access to Nvidia GB300 chips at SpaceX's Colossus 2 data center near Memphis, Tennessee. Either side can exit with 90 days' notice after the first three months.
