Developer Maps Entire Route 66 in New App

Jake Boyles, developer of the Pit Stop: Road Trip Exit Guide app, spent the summer mapping the full 2,199 miles of Route 66 for its centennial. The app shows elevation changes, points of interest, and essential stops like gas stations, food, and motels. Boyles mapped about 2,400 places to eat and 1,300 motels across 280 towns.
