Meta is in discussions to invest in or acquire fintech unicorn CRED at a valuation of around $4 Bn. The talks include a primary investment worth tens of millions of dollars. Meta also evaluated acquiring CRED at a lower valuation and retaining founder Kunal Shah in his operating role.
