Apple's iOS 27, launching September 14, changes the default swipe gesture for Notification Center on iPhone and iPad. Enabling the new Siri AI feature reassigns the top-center swipe to invoke Siri, moving Notification Center access to a top-left swipe. This alters a user interface pattern unchanged since iOS 5 in 2011.
