Governments in Norway, Australia, the UK, and the US restrict Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses due to privacy fears. Norway proposed a temporary ban on 5 October for public areas. Australia considered limits in September. UK courts banned them on 20 August. New York courts banned them starting 20 July. Dutch retailer Hans Anders suspended sales on 2 October.
