Nintendo filed seven DMCA notices at GitHub in one day, targeting over 400 Switch emulator repositories. The largest notice covered 311 repos in the suyu network. Skyline, an Android emulator, lost 29 repos. The notices cite Yuzu's $2.4 million settlement and a $17,500 default judgment.
