REO Industries Plans $21,500 Ameri-Kei Pickup

REO Industries, a Texas startup, plans to sell a $21,500 pickup called the Runabout T4X. The body-on-frame truck uses a four-cylinder gas engine with a manual transmission and mechanical four-wheel drive. REO targets the Ameri-Kei class, scaling up Japan's Kei car concept for American buyers.
