Manli re-released custom GeForce RTX 3060 and RTX 3050 cards in Asia, six years after Ampere's debut. A memory shortage makes GDDR7 hard to source, so vendors reuse mature Samsung 8nm silicon and slower GDDR6 chips to preserve margins. The RTX 3060 remains Steam's most popular GPU.
