A bug in BSD 2.11's NTPd software uses explicit 20th-century year numbering, causing an 'offset excessive' error when syncing time via WWV/WWVH signals on a PDP-11/70. The flaw is triggered by the ntpd -a any -d -d -d -d command and demonstrated with a Traconex adapter.
