OECD: AI Study Use Tied to Lower Scores

Students using AI for schoolwork generally score worse in science, per OECD PISA data from over 760,000 15-year-olds in 91 countries. However, those trained to assess AI output and using it weekly for general help outperformed non-users. Socioeconomically advantaged students used AI more often.
