Hackers stole approximately $2.65 million in tokens from prediction market site Polymarket via compromised vendor DebugBear on October 29, 2026. The exchange switched to cancel-only mode at 2:00 p.m. ET before resolving the incident by 3:00 p.m. ET and promising to reimburse affected customers.
