One service, many doors: Multi-port services in Consul

HashiCorp's Consul 1.22.0 introduces multi-port service discovery, letting one service register multiple named ports. Consul Enterprise 2.0.0 adds beta mesh routing to those named ports. This replaces the previous workaround of registering each port as a separate service.
