UK EV Sales Hit Record 28.3% Share

The UK registered 99,199 battery-electric cars in September, up 36.3% year on year and 28.3% of the market, per SMMT preliminary data. Tesla's Model 3 led EVs with 9,929 units and was the second best-selling car overall. Plug-in hybrids also hit a record 17% share.
