AI writing startup Marker raises $13M seed

Marker, a London-based AI writing startup co-founded by ex-DeepMind creative lead Jon Steinback, raised $13 million in seed funding led by Index Ventures with LocalGlobe. The product is a reimagined word processor that writes with the writer, not for the writer. Angel investors include Writely co-founder Steve Newman, Slack CTO Cal Henderson, and HuggingFace's Thomas Wolf.
