Karnataka plans AI university, rural education push

Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar announced plans for an AI University with industry participation, AI education from Class 6, and expanded tech infrastructure beyond Bengaluru. Software exports crossed INR 4.36 lakh crore and are expected to exceed INR 5.5 lakh crore this year. Biocon's Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw called Bengaluru the country's AI capital.
