Simon Willison released sqlite-utils 4.0rc2, mostly written by Claude Fable. The release candidate fixes a critical data-loss bug in delete_where() that left connections in an uncommitted transaction. The new RC includes comprehensive documentation on the new transaction model and supports Python 3.12+ autocommit connections.
